It can be matched with laminated glass combined with thick original sheets of 8mm and 10mm, effectively resisting strong wind and external impact, eliminating the risk of glass falling off, and significantly improving sound insulation and heat insulation effects.


1.52mm film: A top-grade national standard adhesive layer and an engineering-grade thickened specification. It is mostly applied in harsh scenarios such as curved glass, large-area daylighting roofs, walkway glass and curtain wall projects. It boasts high structural strength and strong tear resistance, applicable to large-size laminated glass. It is not prone to aging, foaming and degumming in long-term outdoor use, with a service life far longer than conventional specifications.

2. Core Material Selection Principles of Glass Factoryies
A thicker adhesive layer does not always mean better quality. The thickness shall be matched according to glass size, application scenario and installation position. Excessive thickening is unnecessary for small-size interior glass to avoid resource waste; thickened adhesive layers must be adopted for large-size, high-rise and outdoor glass to eliminate potential safety hazards.
